JENNIFER BURCH

Chief Executive Officer

Accessibility Advocate

Jennifer Burch is a creative professional and accessibility advocate who founded Accessify Media, LLC in 2020 with a simple but powerful belief: the world should be accessible to everyone.

Jennifer specializes in Section 508 compliance, ADA compliance, and accessible design, with 15 years of agency-level experience in design and marketing. As a recognized 508 subject matter expert (SME), she has supported a wide range of military programs, helping ensure that critical digital resources are accessible to service members, veterans, and their families. She has successfully established and led 508 departments from the ground up, transforming accessibility initiatives into fully operational, high-performing teams. Through her leadership, she has built comprehensive compliance frameworks, trained and mentored professionals in accessible design, and ensured organizations not only meet legal requirements but embrace accessibility as a core principle. She has provided strategic marketing and business development solutions that drive growth and visibility.

Jennifer believes accessibility isn’t just a requirement—it’s a necessity. She is passionate about bridging the gap between design, compliance, and user experience, helping organizations create content that is both inclusive and impactful.

Her dedication to digital accessibility extends beyond design—it’s deeply personal. As an advocate for individuals with disabilities, she strives to ensure equitable access to online resources, recognizing the internet as a powerful tool for connection and opportunity. She is also deeply committed to supporting the veteran community, inspired by her family’s legacy of service. With her grandfather’s naval background and her sister’s commitment to the Air Force, Jennifer has witnessed firsthand the resilience and sacrifices of service members. These passions led her to create Accessify Media, LLC, an organization dedicated to making the digital world more inclusive for all.

Coming from a family of service, she deeply values dedication, resilience, and meaningful impact. Outside of work, Jennifer gives back through food insecurity initiatives and dog rescues, having fostered five dogs and continuing to advocate for animal welfare.

When she’s not designing or championing accessibility, you’ll find her experimenting in the kitchen—she loves to cook almost as much as she loves to create.

She is committed to making the world more accessible for everyone.
